Receipt number and date, who paid and who received it, what it was for, the amount (in figures and words), the payment method, and a signature.

›Can I write the amount in Urdu?

Yes. For rupees and several other currencies, choose Urdu under Design → Language, e.g. “ایک لاکھ پچیس ہزار روپے صرف”.

›Is it really free? Do I need an account?

Yes, it's completely free with no sign-up and no watermark. Your details are saved automatically in your own browser, so next time the form is already filled in.

›Is my data private?

Everything stays on your device. Nothing you type is uploaded to our servers. To move your work to another device, use More → Save as file, then Open a saved file on the other device.

›Can I add my logo and change the design?

Yes. Add a PNG or JPG logo under “Your business”, then pick a template (Modern, Classic or Minimal) and any colour under “Design”.

›Which currencies are supported?

More than 60, including PKR, INR, BDT, SAR, AED, QAR, GBP, USD and EUR, each with the correct symbol and decimals. The amount in words follows the currency, e.g. lakh/crore for rupees.
